Overview:
As an onshore wind turbine technician, you will be a part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who will play an active, hands-on role in the servicing and maintenance of onshore wind turbines.
The role will consist of liaising with the maintenance management system to perform routine maintenance checks of our client’s fleet, diagnosing faults and ensuring they are running at peak capacity. Together with your team members, you’ll also ensure the Health, Safety & Environmental protection of the site.

Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent. The ideal candidate will also have served at least a year in a recognised apprenticeship. Experience of servicing, maintenance and fault finding of wind turbines would also be advantageous however not essential. Valid GWO certification is essential to this role as safety is valued number 1 in our client’s organisation.
