Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer in our client’s managed IT services division, you will be a pivotal player in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power their IT services. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our client’s software applications are robust, cutting-edge, and tailored to meet the specific needs of their diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain software solutions, including applications, tools, and platforms.
• Adapt and customize software to align with the unique requirements of our client’s customers, ensuring that their managed IT services are perfectly tailored.
•  Seamlessly integrate software applications with existing IT systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and quality control to guarantee that software solutions are secure, reliable, and perform optimally.
• Work closely with clients to understand their software requirements, providing technical support, and assisting with troubleshooting when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all software development and customization processes.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in software development and programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or others.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
