Electrical Project Manager Permanent

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of electrical projects for our clients data center facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee the implementation of electrical projects, including the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Manage project resources, including the allocation of staff, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that electrical systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Perform quality control checks and inspections.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates on project progress.
• Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and assess their impact on project objectives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the data center or critical facilities industry.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, generators, UPS, and switchgear.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex electrical projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations, such as NEC, NFPA, and IEEE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
